Just a few thoughts on what is overall an incredible mod.
- The wood biome is almost completely small narrow rooms, making it much harder than the other first floor biome because you're unable to dodge or move away. this means you have to tank a lot of hits, which also isn't really viable before you collect a few items. This is also an issue on other biomes with a lot of small rooms though to a lesser extent
- Vertical movement is really crap, which is quite annoying in larger rooms and a huge pain during the race back to the start after the moon lord fight
- Seemingly unlike a lot of other people, I actually prefer using the sword to the gun, but I do agree that it needs a size buff or something to that effect. Getting close enough to use it requires tanking a lot of contact damage which is not viable on the first floor before you have any items, but sometimes even further in if you don't get items that suit an aggressive play style
- I get the point of roguelikes is randomness, but having no choice whatsoever in what items you get means you can't create good item builds or synergies intentionally, just hope that the items you get work well together. At least for me, this ends up leading to using a very similar play style every time.

Some minor suggestions
- Extra weapons would be cool, base terraria has 4 classes so why not utilise all of them right?
- Being able to choose what biomes you see would be nice. I didn't see the corruption, desert, underworld, or temple biomes for like a dozen attempts which got a little annoying
- Descriptions for the items in the lunar sanctuary would also be helpful because there's too many items to remember what they all do

Other than all that though, I absolutely love the mod. The bossfights are all great, the themeing of each biome is on point and the items and mechanics are so fun and interesting. It's clear a lot of effort and care has been put into this, and I'm looking forward to future updates!
