Report a translation problem
Locking streets will prevent the game from splitting into smaller blocks, but then each block will most likely have noticeable empty space in the center, save for the ones that have large roads on all sides.
I glanced through the code hoping that some var would jump out that controls this, alas none did. Also I've scanned comments for the mod and did not find anyone asking same/similar question.
It would be nice to have an option in the UI that controls this, then users who want compact blocks can have those, also users who want big blocks with empty space in the middle of the blocks (so that they can plop a park, or a landmark, or keep it empty as is), can have big blocks.
