THIN ODD MUSHROOM should definitely break the tear cap for the damage multiplayer down.
Double tap items (except mars) should work like tainted azazel sneeze. so, you stop shooting but when you press the shoot button again item activates.
This would work fine with charged items still and you can randomly use it but also on purpose.
Another thing is CURSED EYE I think the teleport effect should only work when you are charging and fully charged teleport should be removed.
•We are planning to add more weapon synergies to items in the future, so you shouldnt need to install any other mods. However, in the next patch I will disable any Dr. Fetus changes if that mod is installed.
•The range changes on Spirit Sword already apply to all knives which swing (ie. The Forgotten’s bone club). I will make this more clear in the documentation.
•Bag of Crafting does not scale with range to make it much easier to use.
•We are planning to add challenge reworks, so I will try to fix The Beans challenge as soon as I can.
- R Key should only apply its new effect if it was used in a floor where the player would take full hearts of damage
- Mega Mush should be a one-time per floor active instead of a one time per run, otherwise it's usually not worth carrying
- I think It'd be more thematically fitting if GB Bug rerolled enemies into some sort of "glitchy" special entity that's supposed to be really easy to kill rather than devolving it
- I feel like making ♥♥♥♥♥ of Babylon activate at 1 full heart or less kind of takes away what makes Eve unique. If your intention was to buff Dark Prince's Crown and make it more of a proper alternate to ♥♥♥♥♥ of Babylon, I'd instead make it activate at half a red heart or less as well.
- Brimstone + Dr. Fetus synergy should only have a chance to fire brimstone bombs
- Turning active items into passives and vice versa is a pretty dramatic change. I personally think The Bean could stay as an active item, but instead make it one that recharges over time (like butter bean) and leaves a large poison cloud at the player's location when used.
- The costume of Transcendence could be a bit distracting for dodging purposes, it'd probably be better to cut down on the length of the rope and instead have the visual 'fade' as it goes upwards
- The change for Judas feels very unnecessary, he already has Book of Belial (unless this effect applies specifically when he isn't holding it, which in that case it's pretty good)
- The change for tainted Eve makes her even more of a slog. I don't really see why would you do this
- I'd love if you could reduce Flip to 4 charges, both as buff to the item and to tainted Lazarus, so the whole issue of "getting less items overall" as him isn't as apparent
- It doesn't make much sense for Berkano to have its effect dependent on luck, since there's nothing really chance based here. Would be better to simply increase the number of flies and spiders spawned, or maybe also give the player one or two temporary familiars from the pool of monster manual (The theme of the rune is 'Companionship' after all)
- The new huge growth change is cool, but seems way too strong - I'd reduce the duration to 10 or 12 seconds
- The sticky nickel change is awesome. Do you plan on also making it properly replace pennies instead of nickels?
it'd be hard to get both brim and dr fetus on the same run so i think its fair giving the player a powerful synergy as a reward for accomplishing that feat

I suppose that's true, but I feel like it's still a bit too powerful. Maybe a better and more unique synergy could be keeping the regular brimstone beam, but now whenever you fire, it also sends out a few Dr. Fetus bombs in quick succession in the same direction?

My bad, I read it wrong in the docs. Thought it made the recharge slower instead of faster
Spirit sword should have some kind of a synergy with the forgotten, since it's literally useless on t.forgotten.
I also think the world should actually show you the location of super secret room, while ansuz show's you ultra secret room AFTER they are unlocked (at least as a togglable featre, since vanilla doesn't have a much means of accesing them)
