Go to best buy or another tech store and they will have it. Or get a debit or pay pal and buy it on line.

delete system32. this stores all steams patches and anti hacking software. once that is deleted, open steam go to enter a code and enter a code with all 1's, this will give you a 20$ code and just keep entering it.

go to the market under the community heading and click veiw wallet funds and then click add funds then link it to your bank account hope this helps :D.

do you have a local game store that sells Steam Wallet Code? If Not, then the only way is purchasing using paypal and credit cards

EDIT: also do not listen to those idiots saying Delete system32, if you delete system32, your computer will die.
