Map super laggy for anyone else?
My computer is quite decent, I've loaded up way more heavy maps than this one. And yet, this one is still laggier.

If you're wondering:

Did I get FPS saving mods?: Yes, tried all of them, none of them really made a difference.

Did I try other techniques, like turning off HDR?: Yes I indeed did, that didn't do anything.

Does anyone know how to fix this, or is the map creators fault, either way I still love this map.

Edit: I forgot to say, I do have over 340 something mods, but usually the average player has WAY more.

Edit 2: Whoa, haven't been here in awhile. After doing some research, MY source of lag is coming from the CS:S assets. I found out while playing the map without the assets. The lag mainly comes from the food stand near the entrance to the center. Deleting the TVs (with the remove tool) in the food stand seemed to help a lot. If you have lag, delete props from the food stand.

I sometimes have the same problem. It happens when I look at the building, but when I look away it stops. Possibly the problem is the foliage?

Since I posted that it's only gotten laggier, I think that is the issue. Thanks for stating your issue.

After loading I was afraid I can barely explore this map as it was below 10 fps, but after a few minutes it suddenly popped to usable fps territory and stayed that way until I closed Gmod. Also, this helped a bit via disabling reflections:
mat_specular 0
