Cloak Type?
Maybe it could be an actual weapon and when its activated it makes a smoke screen

no, when you cloak its the same but there are smoke trails and on occasion there is a cough or splutter

yes, and if you cloak for too long (cloak and dagger or constant ammo boxes) you start taking bleed damage and are marked for death(optional for some choices if you want) because of LUNG CANCER
