I'm really enjoying this mod, very good utility packed into every button, and even having some feature that Simple Controller doesn't have (Like controlling aimed actions (Such as Lazy Deserter jumps)) and a quick Force Attack toggle

However I do think Simple Controller still has the upper hand, due to it supporting keyboard button emulation (Mostly used for Mod character's skills admittedly), configurable inventory quick wheels and Flymouse mode for things that can difficult/impossible to do with Controller (Placing Growth Formulas on the sea, Placing UM's Portable Raft or such)

If more things were toggleable I'd be happy with using both simultaneously but I'll still keep an eye on this one

Thank you very much for trying BGUX. In fact, before I planned to make BGUX, I tried to use Simple Controller, but there were many operations that were very lame in the original game, which were not solved in Simple Controller, but tried to circumvent it through additional content, such as various wheels.

Later, I decided to make a brand new mod based on my own ideas, aiming to optimize the user experience of gamepad players, at least so that gamepad players can get the same experience as keyboard and mouse players. Note that it is optimization, not complication. Most of the operations that were originally only available with mouse and keyboard are implemented in BGUX, and the operations are not complicated.

Unlike keyboard and mouse, there are very few buttons in the gamepad. In order to make the gamepad do more operations, almost all possible buttons and key combinations have been used. BGUX and Simple Controller do this, so they are bound to have a lot of button conflicts, because they are designed to be used alone without considering compatibility. You can choose the one you like.

As for compatibility with other mods, many other mod authors have not considered gamepad players at all, so if you want a gamepad optimization mod to support those mods, FlyMouse seems to be the best choice, and Simple Controller does a good job in this regard.

1. What do you think about adding the ability to edit the angle of interactable items detection? In the vanilla game, the character can only interact with objects in a certain corner. This setting would solve the problem when, you cannot cut down a tree if it is behind your back.
2. You have already added the ability to attack all nearby targets. Is it possible to add the customizable enemy detection radius?

The mod works great for me, I love that it can disable the Inventory opening. However when I use it for playing split screen the inventory overflowed to the sides as I was using "Slots Tweak & UI optimizer" mod (add some inventory slots and break the inventory to multiple lines)
When I use this mod it actually cancel out the optimized UI, hence the overflow. Is there anyway I can tweak the code to fix it?

@ZPD, Sorry I have no idea about split screen, does it can be achieved on PC? The Mod "Slots Tweak & UI optimizer" does have some compatibility issues, but the author said it will be removed from shelves soon, you can choose another one.

Is there a way to make it compatible (or implement) with the gesture wheel mod?. I tried this mod and simple controller and I just want to say BGUX is by far more simple and easy to use, but I cannot use the emotes wheel or the status announcements mod. Is there any way to make it compatible?

I noticed that the Antlion fight can be difficult because the character tries to attack the sand spikes, or sand castles, that the boss creates. I think adding a force attack requirement for these items would fix the problem.
Can you also add an RB key requirement to interact with the boat plank? Sometimes when using the oar near the plank, the character can accidentally activate it

@Hoaxen_Zedd, boat plank, boat bumper, and boat have been added to the ignore list, now you can only interact with them by holding RB key. I don't think adding a force attack requirement for the sand spikes or sand castles is a good idea, They are created by the Antlion, You need to find a way to break them or bypass them instead of ignoring them. In addition, if you do that, you may be stuck and unable to attack the Antlion.
Thank you for your work! Seafaring will be easier now. I will try to change the tactics of fighting the antlion. Maybe I should change my position in the arena more often. I play Wanda and am used to her increased attack range

i noticed when i use this mod to fight a monster you are forced to do the full animation of the swing before you can move....and it seems you cant cancel the animation to avoid hits...other then that its a perfect mod 10 /10

@Hoaxen_Zedd, You can also press and hold the Misc2 button (default Y) for one second to lock the attack target.
