Same error as Best_Doge, mod compatibility issue probably? Hard to say which one, I'm running Curly's NT Surgery Plus Ultra, but I don't think that's it. Here's a bit longer error log, the regular crashlog doesn't catch it but crashreportslim.log does.

Maybe it doesnt like item list being reloaded after mod applied patches idk, does this happen consistently with mod enabled?

Yeah, when I took this mod out of my mod list I was able to enter the sub editor again. Its weird

Potentially should be fixed. Short timer i was using to reload subeditor list was causing thread errors with big long loading modlists.
