So the initial idea were eyes with thermal vision. But then again i thought about it a step further, would it be possible to have these eyes pinpoint the best parts of the enemy to strike kind of how done in vats from fallout? Basically the target should be red but the parts which have the least armour or damage reduction show as green. This of course is mostly a question because i do not know how well this would work with other mods.

Interesting idea, however I am not sure if it's possible to do. I'll ask around and see if it can be implemented in a way that won't end up in a thousand lines of code, if so we'll definitely give it a shot at the next Barotrauma update when we revamp the eyes.
Eh, won't get me bawling if it doesn't get added, im just wondering if the existing thermal sight effect could be sharpened, then split to the different limbs and then if a color could be set on them using the existing damage resistance stats humans and creatures have. Unsure about how that would work with armor on

Cool if possible but we would have to develop a new system similar to the med scanner/thermal goggles which are, at the moment, difficult to implement as eyes. It could be done since the game recognizes separate limbs already, but we first need to figure out thermal and medical eyes.

It could be done as a helmet sort of item, but it would be some time before we even try.

Hello everybody! I haven't played with the mod yet, but still. If not added, add a spoilage strip to the eyes as organs from neurotrauma without a cold box.
PS: If it is not added, the more difficult the eye is, the more skill is needed to insert it

It already exists, the eyes will die if not in a container
I'd love to eventually be able to blind the oblivious, good-for-nothing, TikTok scrolling security guard with a welding tool. If possible, of course. Thanks.

Welding tool would be out of NT Eyes territory, although we will update the spoon soon and make it so that it can scoop out human eyes, with analgesia or not, depending on your taste.

Are you talking about immersive repair’s blinding system? Or do you just want to burn the eyes using a welding tool?
Causing genuine eye damage, on top of welder's eye if immersive repairs is active, of course.

We will likely implement eye damage from welding/plasma tools. The immersive repairs thing will probably be a separate patch if its even made just because it’s not on our to do list for this mod.
