The game engine will allow for the creation of a mod that applies specific debuffs after each death such as reducing the available points when creating a character?

can u make a wooden mallet type weapon where its a version of a mallet but a giant hammer so pretty much a wooden sledgehammer just less op and more meant for zomboids
