Is it possible to download b4 its out?

Every Skin in the workshop wont be legitamately be able to be used in the game until Valve decides if they want to put it in the new operation.

the only way to get a nice skin like this which will be covert is to spend at least $800 on cases.

You have to get the skin as a drop or buy it, you can't just click to subscribe and download like most games.

If you download a re-skin from GameBanana you can play with custom skins but only offline with bots.
