Suggestions
Hey, feel like he should have more middle range close range moves. For example wonderboy's flicker. If that sounds meh you can also try more moves that can help you when you do close distance. For example, when you duck instead of just quick mix being the only fast option; try la fast solar plexus blow or allow you to stationary duck into an uppercut.

To nok

please add a quick standing uppercut for anti air would be better( stand mp)

and elbow strikes and back dashes( jump ks and →↘↓↙← k)

can make more little mac elements in like the amazing KO punch

Ruffian just crashes and breaks the game when paired with arena and stage loader. It returns back null
