Would it be possible to add a list of how the name changed in the description of the mod?

Hi! I was wondering if it would be possible to know how the weapon names are changed in this version of the mod, just to know what am i installing and what weapons to look for.

These use the second names shown in the weapon descriptions of the base mod, i.e. HK416->Advanced Assault Rifle
