Stats for old man scout?
I was thinking something like less speed and amount of jumps and more damage and knockback for getting those pesky kids off your lawn!

Why not give percentages to your idea and btw Less speed and jumps ona scout?!?! what are you thinking Sure the baby face blaster has both these but it gives you more speed and you still have the double jump

+Fully charged GOML meter makes you do 60% more damage and go 30% faster than normal scout
+Extra damage on players capturing objectives

No it wouldn't it would be broken as ♥♥♥♥ i mean counter it with babyface blaster just watch the people as they leave spawn or wait behind a sniper and do any of you know what this woule lead to? MAJOR TROLL.I mean just have a friend on enermy team have them go somehwere and just look at them ....... but either way this would be bad since what is a scout made for mainly .... capturing objectives, movement and flanking... This would make the scout useless at what he is best at and what do you get for it when youu get full charge ... move 30% faster then a scout and deal more damage .... a scout already does a ton of damage upclose with twoshots taking out a ton of classes and his speed is already great but if he moves slow he has less chance to deal high damage and only gains the speed back by an ability and deals extra damage so what. And losing the double jump is gonna make people have alot of trouble and the less jump height .... for some places you have to jump to get somewhere. This is just bad stats.

Stats: Revised

Go the speed of Soldier
Speed boosts replenish health rather than add speed
No Double Jump
Lessened Jump Height
Seeing enemies charges Get Off My Lawn meter (Active once charged)
+40% Damage all weapons with GOML active
+20% More speed than normal Scout with GOML active
+30% Louder voice commands with GOML active
+Extra damage on player capturing objectives
+Extra damage whilst and after you capture an objective

Changes:
-Nullified speedboosts
-Made GOML activate automatically making it more strategic
-Lessened effects of GOML

Also nice Grammar. I also see you are into horses.

Has 1 health, goes as fast as Soldier, no double jumps, and does 1 damage. YEEEEEAAAAAH

On how it looks, i'd think about this:

Pros (only when active):
+200% Damage when 25 HP or less
+70% Speed on 25 HP or less
Immune to fall damage when 25 HP or less

Cons (when active):
You are marked for death (taking crits, not mini-crits)
+20% slower swing speed
No random critical hits

Note:
Now i know is a pretty extreme weapon and some of us may not agree but...why? Whay can't we have an extreme weapon like that in the game? I think it would be pretty interesting to have it.
For those who will say things like "Hao can dis maek u weaker and imune to fal dmg lul?" keep in mind that in TF2 you can heal bulletholes, scorches and other lethal wounds just by taking a bite from a sandvich, Spiked Brass Knuckles do less damage than bare fists and also Boxing Gloves that make you faster only by having them in your hands. TF2 logic, isn't logic.

Grenades: Explode
Fire: Burns
Old Man?: Apparentley turn into Superman when death knocks on your door
Slower attack speed, less damage, the negatives are so easy.
Positives - small stun on attack?

Positives: You can throw tennis balls that are attached to the legs (Four in all). Extreme travel speed but reduced speed for user when all are thrown. Tennis balls deal damage, bounce, and stun.

Well at least you didn't say "Oh its for a old man .... Scout should run slower and not double jump" since alot of people forgot thats what scout is for, and these stats are really good but i was wondering if there would be a halfway mark for effects like at something like 60 hp deal +75% damage +30% move speed and take less fall damage? just an idea

I know i might've tripled the normal damage he does but, normally the bat does 35 DMG...so even +75% damage isn't such a big deal because is like ~25 damage bonus so 60 damage total, even the normal melees used by soldier, pyro, demo, heavy, engi, medic and sniper do 65 and is still not a big deal for them, and yes i think it is exagerated to triple the damage, maybe just double, ya know, because we also reduce the swing speed and it will be just like other classes swing speed. About the speed boost thing yes we could reduce it because i just thought about my default stats combined with a Baby Face's Blaster (BFB) at full boost...freakin' Sanic, so i think +30% speed would do it, if you're smart enough to equip BFB on ya. For the HP i'd thought about 40 or maximum 50 since the other pros will be reduced a bit. I'll edit and repost the stats.
