except for the fact that cosmetic-looking items have recieved stats before, so it's not out of the realm of possibility.

+15% in Perception to the Darkness
+/- A holy aura emits from your body as you wear this cloak, granting a +5% resistance to the Darkness for allies around you.

(Combined with wings)
+Full resistance to the Darkness
-10% damage for conventional weapons (Needle Guns)
(I am completely joking and these stats don't mean anything in my eyes)
