Αναφορά προβλήματος μετάφρασης
-1 See if it works with a new game, by disabling\enabling the mod and the starting a new game
-2 Check if you have active some mod that use those textures, like "Every texture optimized" mod, since mod like these use the same texture and you won't see the mod if that is enabled.
Can either you or @Mazisky tell me how to do that?
path to mod: ...\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600 and search by mod name (foraging for example). Copy whole media folder and paste to ...\Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid
Solution to texture issue as well as MP issue:
Isolate the textures used in the mod to be independent of the base game textures. and the UI path to look up textures point to the new renamed textures of this mod.
Can be time consuming, but will make the mod fully standalone and work even if game textures are modified -since this mod now has it's OWN texture set.
Lua update for MP gameplay will allow it to work in MP
@NerdgamerDave How would you do this? This is probably a stupid question (I am not familiar with Lua) but if I am following correctly, the fix you are suggesting involves:
- Rename textures so they do not overwrite vanilla PZ ones used in the same ui space.
- Create a file or patch that will overwrite the vanilla one directing the files away from the default textures and to the newly renamed, separate ones from this mod.
Delete this folder ISZoneDisplayr: SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\media\textures\Foraging\ISZoneDisplay
UPD: If the mod does not work yet. Use the SteamLibrary search and find this folder “3300487451”
There, find the ISZoneDisplay folder and copy it to the game folder:
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\media\textures\Foraging\
