flashing the flashlight isn't stuning neither withered foxy, retro foxy and puppet.
i don't if they don't get stuned or if it's really a bug. (if my english is bad it's becuase i'am brazillian)

i think puppet can be turned on in teh options and you have to flicker the flashlight not shine the flashlight
