On backstab, turns enemy to dust (like 3rd degree) also builds Stealth.

Silent when backstab.

Stealth increases cloak length + duration

I think a damage bonus on a knife is a bit overpowered because the knife already instakills from the back.
On kill: Turns victim into ice
So this is an anti-ghoul knife, i don't know what stats to make so i'll just put something randomly:

Pros:

Blocks Healing when active
-25% Health from Health packs
On kill: The victim shatters instantly

Info:
Like any vampire, you revitalize when killing someone so i think that is a good pro.
About the cons...i've had no idea what to add but to balance i've reduced the healing sources.
Te cosmetical effect is the same to all electric weapons except they don't turn black and slowly shatter, they just shatter INSTANTLY like a bonfire, blue/red sparkles everywhere, and now that i mention that might be a con that gives away your position...yep, let's change it.

I agree with some health restored, like my knife, and the block of healing, the speed maybe too.. good idea.

As long as it Turns people to dust, I will accept any stats.
You know this is a stake (stays in target)
SO, i think the stats should be special.

+ Pros: ALWAYS does 100 damage (even if crit)
Bleed damage for 10 secounds
*50% slow down on target , IF CRIT ONLY

- Cons: stake is gone after stab (stays in target)
Can't Backstab
Can only get stake back if stakey is dead or from locker.

extra:
turns dead into dust.
on holloween gives off holly light.

there is already a weapon for the spy that does that! the spysicle!

-extra damage upfront when victim and killer are both inside (Under a roof, in the shadows etc.)
-cloaks victims

Cons:
-50% damage vulnerability when weilder is outside (Not under a roof and such)
-X% extra fire vulnerability

the player would try to stay indoors and in shadows, whilst other players would have to make sure to shoot the shadows and be extra carefull when indoors as long as a user of this weapon is in that area. it would also give a challenge to people who might choose to play it outside, in the light. annother challenge may include surviving with a ton of pyros on the server.

Could you make something easier to code? Making someone vulnerable when he's being seen by the light isn't so easy to code...although is a nice stats.
Vampire knife, huh? Ok..

+ Kills add health and speed boost (+10% each, max is 60%)
+ Victims turn to dust

- Revealing a cloak causes silent bleeding for 5 seconds (Taste the power of the sun!)
- 30% melee resistance (Wooden steak, anyone?)

Cosmetic:
When the spy taunts, he performs the regular taunt, but on the last swing, stabs himself. He then proceeds to boast about his little trick, and pulls it out, completely unharmed.
