Does not work unfortunately
I always get the same error message - "An error occurred while loading the quick drive scenario." I have tried using various locos. Nothing works. Also, the preview channel does not work either. The loco always goes into emergency braking even thought the message saying that passing singal danger is approved. As I approach the red signals, the train always goes into emergency signals, I am very disappointed as I do want very much to be able to drive this route. I appreciate any assistance. I will unsubscribe to delete this route and then i will resubscribe and try it again. If that does not work, I will let you know.

No need to unsubscribe. Simply delete both this version and the preview channel version, then clear your cache (main menu, settings, tools, clear cache). Close out of Steam COMPLETELY and then open up the game. Let it chill on the main menu for 5-10 minutes and then restart the game. Then try it.

I apologize for the inconvenience but some of this stuff is unfortunately out of my control. I just make the route.

Thank you much for your reply as it is greatly appreciated ! I did clear the cache first. You stated that there is no need to unsubscribe. i do not know how to delete the version i am using as well as the preview channel version. I cannot wait to see the final version of this route. I am very
anxious to drive it. I wish that i could create routes. It is certainly not user-friendly as the
Trainz franchise is. I have created dozens and dozens of routes using Trainz. I just wish that
the creators of TS 2016 could have used a similar method for creating routes. Anyway, I do
look forward to the final version as welll as other routes you may create !! Thank you much
again.

To delete a route: Main Menu > Build > Routes, then select the route and click Delete. Once you close the game, completely exit Steam and then restart the game, a fresh copy will begin to download from the Steam Workshop.
