I took another scan through the localization xml, and everything seems to be alright. You're probably be referring to the single % in the quirk descriptions and the one in the buff description.

The ones in the quirk description are actually not subject to the same formatting as in most other places (putting %% would result in %% showing up on the quirk description)

The %d on the buff description is to display the count of the buff.

Everywhere else looked like it had the necessary %%s

the quirks voicelines are busted, it only gives me strings instead of actual text and i tried reinstalling it changing the language ect moving it up but nothing seemed to fix it

Oh, is this happening when you put the Blighted quirk on a hero other than the White Priestess?

That was probably an oversight from me, I'll see if I can get a default bark string inserted for it next update.

Happened while she was afflicted of course,
And if it matters for context, she has the blighted, and Umbral Pact II quirks.
Her stress was also at 95.

I had actually had her level up Umbral pact (Just a few steps after obtaining it for the first time.) to Umbral Pact II, not by gaining more Ancient Souls? Is this another way of leveling it?

I think that's a small bug with how the item is upgrading her quirk

It applies the first umbral pact, then gives a few debuffs that will evolve the quirk based on what level it is. What probably happened is that it the debuff didn't wear off in time and it leveled the quirk instantly from lvl 1 to 2.

I think I could do something like make an extra initial transitional level for the quirk, but it's not gamebreaking so it's a bit low on my list of things to do

I've been testing the White Priestess on my own estate and she doesn't seem to be causing any crashes with her Last Rites.

There was an issue that was making her sometimes crash the game when she killed an enemy with a non-free action, but I recently implemented a patch that should fix it. If you're still having crashes after you've made sure that the mod is up to date, please let me know what mods you have installed so I can see if its maybe (but very unlikely) a mod conflict.

Hi,
Yes, it is intended that the Ancient Souls will no longer drop for a White Priestess with a fully leveled Umbral Pact. This is intended to stop the item drops (and the long pauses associated from the item drop during battle) from bothering a player after they no longer need it.

As for the disease resist, it is the White Priestess quirk application. It should stop appearing for a White Priestess that has a fully leveled Umbral Pact.

This shouldn't be possible, unless you are somehow bringing both of them on the same quest. Do note that due to some actor dot limitations, the kill must be done with a non-free-action that doesn't kill the final enemy.
