Are there any mods know to interfere with the "Shaped Mutation" cards?

The Vulture/Jellyfish shaped mutation cards spawn the slugcat in the wall of the shelter. The slugcat only reappears after teleporting to a different room (warp menu) and always lacks the mutation. Does anybody know which mods, if any, are causing this?
