Weird white transparent missing floor texture

when i load the map there are where the road is supposed to be, (and the parking lot, and the big rock thing?) mssing transparent textures with white stripes in cross, i got the same thing on Apprehension with the mountain. Any ideas on how can i fix that?
i know it's like ai nodes floor textures
