Anomaly in the Wing/Guidance Module"
In the Legend Mod Continuation 4.0.8, the wing/guidance module behaves incorrectly after exceeding 500 km/h is going crazy. In the New Legend Mod Creative 3.2.3, everything worked fine. Below are links to two videos:

This applies to all the rockets I own no matter how they are built.
It does not depend on the physics of Smart or Advance.

Is there any option to turn this off? It would be nice if it was a new mechanic (which is optional) with this new tracking but a plane that flies more than 300km/h is much easier to make than a rocket that will turn well and fly faster than this plane.

The rocket shown in the videos using wings and guidance module for guidance; everything is just compacted into blocks. Normal uncompressed version doesn't work as planned either.
