Consumes metal instead of ammo (maybe 15-30 each shot)
+25% damage
+25% knockback

Damage decreases over distance
Fires a single innacurate bolt

These stats would focus on defence; trying to keep enemies away from a point or from your buildings before you have a sentry up. It could be used as an offencive weapon if you rushed it, but it would be risky since engineer doesn't have Heavy-like health

i think it should also be full aouto because jackhammars are what some people would consider "full auto" because it just pushes a steel/tungestin rod at super high speeds

Possible Stats: Burst Firing (using the jackhammer idea)

I like the 15 metal per shot idea, firing a bolt, and auto fire. Like an m16 for the engie.

Destroys sappers in two shots

No metal from dispencer´s
10% Bullet vulnerability
-10% Slower movement speed

I think this would be an great idea, and this would give the engineer a bit more mobility

....what this really means: +100% clip size means 12 shots i think
+100% accuracy- i like the spread the shotgun has tho
+16 mor shots that you wont even get to use cuz of -200 reload speed..
And - pellets. and -200 realod rae wich means like 1 shell in in like 8 seconds. wowsers.:steammocking:

I forgot to say the +75 fire rate wood be fun in 10x mode!
Weapon fires a dart that marks players for death.
Weapon does not reload

-10% slower firing speed

Reminds me of the pneumatic weapons from metro. fires a single shot vary acuritly with higher dm maybe +30 % costs 10 metal per shot and a reload after 6 shots reload is pressurizing the tank by spinning the valve.
