why is rot not in the mod but his vase is, it just doesn't make sense

Rot actually is made, he is currently only useable in the older version, if you want to use him you have to use the older version: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3048939201 You can combine both versions also.
