Heli looks great, but I've got some issues

This heli looks great for sure, would love to play with this all the time, however I do have a bit of a problem, the rear landing gear seems to not work properly, most of the time it just flopped causing the plane to tilt and unable to leave the hangar.

Any solution for this?
