Hello.

First off, great mod! It's much nicer to have a single atomizer handling all the waste than an array of dozens.

Would it be possible to add support for the Toxic waste network from the mod Vanilla Chemfuel Expanded - Unofficial Expansion?

Sure, I'll check if it's possible

Added compatibility

Thank you. I just deleted and redownloaded the latest version, but the atomizer does not seem to recognize the toxic waste network, after being built. It looks like it is missing the glowing green 'pipes' that shows it can connect.

As a sanity check, this was tested in a Developer mode Dev quicktest with the following mods and load order:
Harmony, Core, Royalty, Ideology, Biotech, Anomaly, Hugslib, XML Extensions, Controlled Atomizer, Vanilla Expanded Framework, Vanilla Chemfuel Expanded, and Vanilla Chemfuel Expanded - Unofficial Expansion

no, the Waste Detoxifier can be configured in the mod settings just like the wastepack atomizer, i did not patch the ability to connect pipes to the atomizer

I see. Sorry for the misunderstanding. ^^;

Would it be possible to connect the toxic waste pipes to Biotech's wastepack atomizer? Color me crazy, but I like how Biotech's atomizer looks when it's working. ^^;

sure, why not

Okay! Yes, could you please add toxic waste network support to Biotech's Wastepack atomizer? In the meanwhile, it seems I need to hire a new typist. ^^;;

looks like it wont be possible at the moment:
https://github.com/Vanilla-Expanded/VanillaExpandedFramework/wiki/CompProperties_RefillWithPipes

Since the comp the wastepack atomizer uses is:
CompProperties_Atomizer and not CompProperties_Refuelable like the one Waste Detoxifier uses

When I saw the name of this mod, I was hoping it would be an atomizer with some in-game controls, rather than configurable mod settings.
My suggestion would be to give it some gizmo's like heaters & coolers have, allowing you to set it's speed/power use low/standard/high/extreme/ultra with exponentially increasing power draw. Maybe make it so it can only be changed infrequently so you have to commit to the setting you pick for a while rather than micromanage it.
Possibly add some extra consequences to the highest levels like some heat output that has to be dealt with, or attracting mech raids.

I deleted my previous answer, because I confused this discussion with another one from another mod of mine Haha

What you say sounds interesting, and it could be a very interesting mod to do, when I have free time I will see if I do it
