Angler's thumbnail seems to be from 'd1_trainstation_01' (a map from mounting half life 2), specifically where you encounter Barney. As for the others, they're most likely from 'd1_trainstation_02', the door right at the start.

The only thing I'm not sure about are the keypads on the doors, since those aren't normally there on those maps.
