noticed in Gulch (believe it happens in Edifice as well) that sounds sometimes fail to play, even though I have the Audio Fix mod. after some testing with only this mod, its dependencies, and some basics - and then with all of my mods - it doesn't seem to happen in other regions (tested SB, HI, PV, HC, and TX)
