Just to ask, haven't played for a couple of years and started a fresh install with this mod list. Not getting any engineers with months of play. Still stuck on 1 engineer with god awful build times etc. Anyone know what I might be overlooking? if it comes down to it I'd be happy to edit an ini to increase the chance slightly.
