Chosen Warlock bug?
Is it normal for the Chosen Warlock to summon spectral army, gain immunity to damage but still able to do other actions next round while the army is still alive? He summoned them so far away then just started shooting or using abilities. Seems way to OP, especially in first retaliation where he summoned the army super far away from my soldiers while he was close to me. I can't kill him but he kills me or blocks my way.

Is this normal or a bug?

Just to add 1 more thing, are contradictory abilities/weaknesses a thing? He also had "Weakness to Melee and Immunity to all melee dmg" at the same time xD

Unsure on the contradictory abilities thing, but the Warlock was changed a bunch in S8 and was generally considered the hardest Chosen due to its changes. What you're describing sounds about right.

(I also feel it's a bit too spicy compared to the others)

Yeah, I thought the same thing. The warlock is immune to damage until you kill that lil army of his.. very frustrating and I restarted season 8 as dealing with him later in the game is much easier. I’m loving the season 9 changes. Good Luck

These are changes made to the Warlock by a mod called Don't Make A Sound. If you want the Warlock reverted, just remove that mod from your game (it is safe to do so mid-game, just not mid-tactical.)

Thank you, I thought it was "A better chosen" mod that caused the difficulty so I removed that one and it got substantially easier, but I guess it never is only 1 mod.
