Multi-turn stuns not working
Using only modlist mods, all enabled , noticed that if I stun a enemy with say arc thrower it says it stunned them for 4 turns but after skipping one of they're turns they get up and act right away on their second turn. Noticed this happening with abilities that can stun for two turns as well like that pistol class ability. I'm not sure if this affects longer shut downs as well for robotic enemies. Had to reload 4 or 5 times in my campaign so far since I forgot the stun isn't accurate and they just stand up and blast me from a flank while i'm focusing the rest of the pod

Are you sure it's 4 turns, and not 4 actions? The game's a little confusing with that stuff, but it usually does that stuff by actions.

I mean its possible , worst example was arc thrower hitting a exalt unit (regular unit not a mec or special type) and him only skipping his turn once. I'd be shocked if stun 4 wasn't supposed to lock that guy longer but i'm not very familiar with the enemy coding or stun coding to really understand the interactions that deeply if its somehow based on a number of actions skipped and they get bonus actions maybe thats something but IDK

A 4-action stun generally translates to 2 turns, but it does depend on the enemy. Not entirely sure what's going on with your issue though, if it's repeatable that does sound weird.

sorry if this is not the right threat. What DLC's do it need to run the mods? i only have the base game

You'll need everything, including the Resistance Warrior Pack. (which is apparently not included in all bundles?)
