Equipped grenades, like Frost Bomb, do not show up in combat on certain classes.
Seems to be tied to classes that get grenade launchers. Whenever I equip a grenade, either a normal frag or elemental, it does not show up on the bar in combat. Items like Mimic Beacon do show up though and can be used. Grenades show up on the bar for other classes without a grenade launcher.

Seems like the 'Launch Grenade' ability is the problem. When mousing over it, in yellow/orange text gremlins and sparkbits is highlighted at the bottom - which means you need them to use the ability. So the grenade launcher itself doesn't get tagged with it and is broken/useless.
