Advent units acting twice after losing concealment
OK i was losing my mind yesterday because i lost one of my favorite soldier´s on a mission.
the mission was too subdue a advent VIP, so i try too sneak around the aliens but get spotted on the "Alien Turn".

The Situation
4 Units i have
1 is in "reaper" steahlt mode not close too them. (stays hidden)
1 is in half cover and not flanked (also did not lose concealment due too variuous buffs)
2 are in half cover but flanked

1 pod activates
1 Seraphim
1 Advent Shieldbearer
1 Advent grunt Tier 2 (the troublemaker)
1 Advent rocket guy Tier 2 (the troublemaker)

the Seraphim decides too mark my flanked soldier ENDS TURN
Advent Shieldbearer does not flank so he chooses too move ENDS TURN
now the other two either Move or shot BUT after all other pods are activated (3 more) they act like if they started a new turn. meaning move and shoot / or only shooting.

too my understanding the aliens if they break concealment of Xcom Squad can only use 1 action so they have too decide beetween moving/ shooting/ using a trait.

also i was trying too recreate the issue by starting mission from the start but everytime my squad loses concealment the aliens always move or shoot accordingly.

since i am playing a "goodman" run im conflicted on starting the mission a new.
but im just confused about what was going on there.

is this normal ? or a bug of some sort ?
