Wand, ranged weapon, attack range 5, plane damage 45, each attack comes with 7 vampire, cost 2 san.
Passive: Each attack inflicts 25% additional true damage from the current attack, regardless of enemy armor and damage reduction.
Active: Void Fissure uses a teleport wand effect that costs 50san and 10% durability.
