The secret.
Deep down in the bunker, below Energetik, is the main secret.

The requirement to access it is to unlock the lab door (Don't know how, text next to it says something about midnight, but it can be forced open with context menu), put out 6 fires and bring the teddy bear (it is located in the same building as the purple anomaly).

After that, we need to input several words as answers for questions. I don't know what the answers are.

Aside from the average wall writings, I have found one that just says "N" and another with "25811".
The Longwalker text also has the letters "O" and "A" written in blue when shining a flashlight on it.
Some other graffitis also turn white when shined a light on. Does this mean something?

Additionally, the radios around the map do something. One below a tent on a building activates the radio in the laundromat, and the one in the laundromat triggers some randomizer.

I don't speak russian so I can't figure it out alone

I found an M in the same building as the N my guess is it spells smth out for the first question

I somehow activated the radio in the two-story building on the edge of the map, it plays the sound “code16”, and as I understand it is a binary code. In the building with the plush bear, there are Cyrillic letters, “й ё м н ц ъ ц ч у т у "
I don't know what word to make of that, maybe there's more letters somewhere on the map.

By the way, to open the door in the bunker - you need to press the switch in the next room (it will be illuminated, as I remember)
then put out 6 fires and bring the bear to the cross on the floor. Then he will appear

Huh, okay well that makes sense for the door, but where would you find something to put out the fires?

well, you can actually put out fires just by pressing the interaction key (E) on them

Okay I'm up to date on getting to the Longwalker at least; not sure how inputting the answers works tho

After triggering him a keyboard will appear on the ground. Then just carefully press E on the correct letters

Yup, that's all the letters, it just has to be input in the correct order...

If anyone wants to give it a shot, the question is "what is it that holds him in place so strongly?"

Yup, that's all the letters, it just has to be input in the correct order...

If anyone wants to give it a shot, the question is "what is it that holds him in place so strongly?"

Running the letters through an anagram leads to no result...
Unless you count the several smaller words it spits out like мучу (torment), уймут (they'll stop), умнут (they'll get smarter).
