To unlock Pack-a-Punch on the Hades map, you need to find three weapon keys in each level of Hades. Each map section (Tartarus, Asphodel, and Elysium) has its own three weapon keys, and once you collect them, you can activate the Pack-a-Punch portal for that level.

Important Tip! You can collect weapon keys from one level and use them on another. For example, if you collect two keys in Tartarus and move on to Asphodel, you can grab another key in Asphodel and use the three to activate the portal there. Only three keys are needed to unlock each portal, so mix and match as needed!

How It Works:

Find the three weapon keys.
Take them to the Pack-a-Punch portal on the map section.
The three keys will be removed from your inventory, and the portal will be activated.
Once activated, you can teleport to Pack-a-Punch. However, once you move to the next area (like from Tartarus to Asphodel), you’ll need to repeat the process to activate Pack-a-Punch in the new area.

Pack-a-Punch Portal Location:
The Pack-a-Punch portal in Tartarus is located right behind the pillar bridge when you leave the spawn area. Just open the first door and head to the right. The portal is located next to Speed Cola, directly opposite the wall where Speed Cola is located.

Weapon Key Locations in Tartarus:

First Key: At the spawn, near the first box. Look behind a pillar, and you’ll see the key lying underneath a sideways pillar on the ground.

Second Key: Inside the ritual area in the very back of Tartarus. Head inside the cave and find the key lying on top of a small altar, which looks like a sacrificial or church altar.

Third Key: On the pillar bridge itself. Once you walk over the bridge, you’ll find the key behind one of the four pillars.

After collecting these keys, head back to the portal and teleport to Pack-a-Punch.


Pack-a-Punch Portal Location:
In Asphodel, the Pack-a-Punch portal is located on the right side of the map, looking from spawn. It’s inside a broken-down building, near one of the weapon boxes. If you stand in front of the Juggernaut, the portal is located to the left.

Weapon Key Locations in Asphodel:

First Key: Inside the cave, on top of a broken-down altar. It’s located opposite the Rampart wallbuy from Black Ops 4, so it should be easy to spot.

Second Key: At the dock area, near the last overhead arch frame. The key is lying on the right side of the last pillar before you reach the small beach area.

Third Key: When you walk up from spawn, go left to an area where a zombie can climb over the wall. Near the fireball box and the lion firehead, there’s a small cave-in near the rocks. The key is lying there inside the small cave.

Once you have three keys, activate the Pack-a-Punch portal and upgrade your weapons.


Pack-a-Punch Portal Location:
In Elysium, the Pack-a-Punch portal is located inside a small pagoda (a structure with six pillars and a roof, perfect for relaxing in Elysium). As soon as you enter the area, it’s directly on the right.

Weapon Key Locations in Elysium:

First Key: Right at the beginning of Elysium, go to the right and walk over a small stone stair. Once you reach the top, look to the left next to a statue and a small bench. The key is hidden in the grass patch there.

Second Key: Also in the small pagoda area where the Pack-a-Punch portal is located. As you walk in, the key is on the left, near the winged blue orb pillar.

Third Key: In the small back area of the main building. Look for some overturned food baskets near a shelf (which also has one of the statue hints). The key is inside one of the food canisters there.

After collecting these keys, you can unlock Pack-a-Punch at the pagoda.


Once you collect three keys in any of the areas, you can use the Pack-a-Punch portal to upgrade your weapons. After teleporting to the Pack-a-Punch room, you’ll have a short window to upgrade your weapons before you are automatically teleported back to the spawn in the corresponding map area. So, make sure you’re ready before jumping into the portal!
