Some inconsistencies I noticed with the Zombine compared to the normal versions
For Standard Zombine, they don't nearly have the same amount of pure customizable flexibility as opposed to the original verions.

for the normal Overwatch, you can strip them down to the base, but Zombine, you can only remove the thigh bag & backpack.

Same goes for the Shotgun Soldiers.

As for the Prison Guards, the Zombine model lacks the additional backpack patch & Stunstick needed for the Prison Guard as well as the armpads.

Plus the Zombine model uses the modified pre-release Combine Soldier sheet used in vanilla for standard Overwatch rather than the Fixed texture Sabrean has incorporated.

Zombine Torsoes as well as Poison Zombine aren't affected at all. So there definitely is a market open for that, and as previously stated, there isn't a Metrocop Zombie.

As for Compatibility with Ninja Scout's headcrab takeover, I wonder if you could have an additional bit of Lua run when Combine are infected that matches the type of infected combine up with the bodygroups they wore so that the Zombine is as accurate as possible?
