Hey, I know this is an old addon and not under development anymore. But a bug it had since release also showed up in DeanosBeanos dbo_horses addon and he managed to fix it.

To make it short: If the addon is loaded you can't hit body/arms/head of a gunner inside a raises weapon or technical.
According to DeansoBeano you "only" need to update the Cfgmovesbasic to current version.
