How do I play a mod once i am subscribed to it?

Step #1: Take a hammer.

Step #2: Hit your monitor with the said hammer until it cracks.

Step #3: Ignore the 2 previous steps and launch the game using the launcher.

Step 1: Start Arma 3 Launcher

Step 2: Enable the addon & launch the game

Step 3: Load up the editor, you'll find the raptors under independent faction

Go on arma 3 and i think open configure and goto addons. enable it and restart arma

i click enable but it sais "waiting for steam to download updates" even though there are no update
