Sprinter zombies become fast shamblers with "Day One" mod on

I set all zombies to sprinters as I usually do. In the past, this mod didn't cause anything bad when playing with all zombies being sprinters, but now I noticed that when I use "Day One" with such sandbox option, a lot of sprinetr zombies suddenly become... fast shamblers? Why?

Any way to fix this somehow?
