turns out it was because i was playing in november instead of the starting month, it says not to change the day and time but i didnt know it also meant the month. i always wanted to see winter.

I am also having this issue, month/day/time are set to default, everything is set to default :(

Weird thoughm I played this mod in SP starting in January and bombs were dropping pretty soon that same day.
MP I start in March or April but never are there any bombings
