Who gets priority when referencing the heat map?
I'm not a coder, but I am interested by the error magnifier that I use in my play through of single player. I use the bandits mod along with the expanded helicopter events mod which makes for lots of fun. I no longer use Day One at the moment because the mod appears to eclipse the expanded helicopter events mod.

I've noticed that the Day One mod seems to jockey with the Expanded Helicopter Events mod in regards to referencing the heat map when spawning bandits or helicopter events respectively. Bandits wins out while Helicopters are null and void. I guess that means that Day One references the heat map in PZ to tie bandits into the zombie population itself when spawning, in contrast to the bandits mod which seems to simply rely on statistical probability of bandit npcs spawning within the vicinity of the player.

Question. Has anyone else that has used both of these mods on single player made it to August 1st of their playthough and suddenly had civilian bandits start spawning in similar numbers as in Day One with the emergency broadcast suddenly repeating itself on all tvs and radios as if July 9th had come again?

Has anyone not using the expanded helicopter events mod along with day one experienced this?
