NPC "Infection"
Hey there boss man, wondering if in future updates will the NPCs be able to turn into infected. love the thought of watching hundreds of these civi's turning during the manic first day. Thank you for making this game closer to a "28 days later" wet dream. :steamthumbsup::steamthumbsup:

Bump. This mod is amazing, although I wish I could see the desperate groups of survivors I encounter get overrun and join the horde. I notice that most NPCs shrug off bites and scratches even with the zombify option enabled.

Yes if they are bitten but not killed they will zombify. bbut if they are killed by whoever then they are dead.
