rebels vs turrets
i dont know why the rebels shoot the turrets can someone help

this is most likely the doing of some type of mod you may have installed, it can be due to behavior changing mods. also if you have, Better Keep Corpses, that can also cause it.

someone else mentioned that INPC was causing this issue as well, I'm sure that there may be multiple different mods causing this issue
