** Changelog **
** July 27 Update **

- CATO v4 is out, updated the modlist and several patch mods for CATO v4. Have deleted quite a few floating lamp posts today. If you encounter issues let me know, it's probably not perfect.

REMOVED:

- A few buggy or out-of-date mods, nothing material. Investor's Runt had broken mod dependencies, for example.



** Mar 21 Update **

Some really keen small footprint mods got released recently, so am giving them a trial for the modlist...

** Mar 15 Update **

Added:
- Shrieking Bandits Expanded Readjustment; tones down some unbalanced added characters from the base mod
- NPCs Face Morph Varieties; adds a little flavor onto MCMS 2.5
- Visored Chain Helmet + Clean Visor Helmet; texture/armor cleanup for my least favorite helmet, let's see if it sticks around
- Additional Gear for Dust Bandits; vanilla/lore friendly variety added to Dust Bandits
- Samurai Helmet Variety; really love this one actually and fits nicely into samurai helmet flavour
- Armour/Armor - Marauder Pauldrons; unused vanilla asset brought back
- Sandals retexture; always wondered why all sandals were white
- Light Holy Breastplate; nice light armor variety of holy armor

Removed:
- Skeleton and Soldier Hats; works great if not using any armor mods, but if you have modded armor loads of new armor ends up clipping onto skeletons and hive soldiers
- MEGA unlock Hive Soldier heads (and shirts); same as above


** Mar 1 Update **

- Made a lot of changes --> mainly the creation I've done of Empire Reborn / \ Holier Nation Redux, which combines many of Kealer's original mods into one tidy package while removing a number of mod dependencies as well as simplifying patches. These are all quite lore friendly mods, so excited for this to be done.

- Removed some un-used or bug prone mods


** Feb 17 Update **

Removals:

- Crossbows are fun and ammo size patch; this had changes to make crossbows much more accurate which I did not prefer. Swapped for my own new crossbow mod
- Hiver stick; just trying to reduce total amount of mods

Additions:

- Crossbow Expansion Vanilla+; adds some more variety to vanilla crossbows, and adds more crossbow NPCs to the world
- Speed Rebalance Reactive World Modlist Extras; covers additional races added by other mods in this modlist to bring in line with Speed Rebalance Vanilla


** Feb 16 Update **

Removals:

- Polearm Blades up: conflicted with weapons.mod causing bad textures to be applied to the mesh

** Feb 13 Update **

Removals:

- Battle Hardened Immersive Speeds; swapped for my own new mods

Additions:

- Speed Rebalance Vanilla: more 'realistic' run speeds for vanilla races and animals
- Speed Rebalance Radiant Animal Subspecies: more 'realistic' run speeds for animals added by radiant mod

Reworked some load order that was causing unintended armor slot unlocks



** Feb 12 Update **

Removals:

- More vanilla names: After however many hundreds of hours I've only now just realized that based on how the name file structure is setup, you can only have one Names edit mod, not multiple. Meaning one of the naming mods was doing nothing in the mod list. Kept the larger name pool mod, but if it turns out to be endless Gristleflaps everywhere may revert to the Japanese names mod.

- Realistic Blood Retex: swapping for the new alternative mod below...


Additions:

+ Less Realistic Blood Retex: to have a bit more splash with the slash without going too over the top


** Feb 10 Update **

Removals:

- Caravans and Mercenaries, Caravans and Mercenaries Patch: too many conflicts or doubling-up of gear changes with other mods like Slave Caravan, Great Frontiers, etc

- A few building addition and edit mods that had issues, bugs, or were too troublesome in their depth than needed for this mod list.

- A few redundant item, camping or other mods replaced or covered by other mods in this update.

Additions:

+ Mist Ghouls, Mist Ghouls Tweaks, and Mist Hunt Patch I made for headhunting: some added balanced danger in the foglands and rewards

+ Hives Expanded and a number of fix/balance patches from Pico that seem very promising. Hives Expanded alone seemed too unbalanced to add before, but Pico's balance work seems very aligned to what this mod list is intended to do and keep things relatively in line while making the Hives more interesting.

+ Snugsnug and Trinity's added meshes and skins for new weapon classes. Will have to patch these in more broadly when I have time to make a master gear/item/weapon/balance patch for this list, but some very cool flavourful additions here.

+ CMKillingTime for new immersive animation furniture for when you get around to building.

+ Cat's Mercenaries, katana daishou, and Provincial Ronin + gear/clipping patch: now the Empire Reborn New Villages mod won't have the annoying missing mod error message when booting up. Still on the fence about this but giving a try with the full mod dependencies, but could remove the New Villages mod and all it's extra dependencies if the world feels to cluttered.

+ Settled Nomads Expanded: to give that Nomad lifestyle a little flavourful love in the world.

+ A few minor mods like Better Vanilla Mines, Small Resources are Small, Mediocre Black Armor, Vanilla Head GearFull-coverage variant, dog scarves and a new recruitable dog in The Hub

To Do:
-> new mod for Immersive Speeds to make sure all new animals subspecies added by Radiant are covered, as well as any other NPC subraces added by this modlist in addition to the core vanilla races.
-> Master patch to balance gear/item/weapon/weapon level distros across the mod list.



** Feb 7 Update **

Discovered some mods that were conflicting where they shouldn't have been (Interesting Recruits, for example), removed some redundant mods, added a few new experimental mods, and added a couple custom patches I created.

Caravans and Mercenaries plus my patch are TBD whether I'll keep them or not.


** Jan 31 Update **

Cleaned up and removed many redundant or overlapping mods. Added a few fixes and patches in. Updated load order in listing and discussion post.

** Jan 11 Update **

Fairly large trimming of mods that either conflicted, were redundant, or just felt unnecessary such as some additional face edit mods, LessStun, a few others. More tuning to come.

Added:
+ Titans of the Old Empire (now updated)
+ Attack Slots 3X (to try out and reduce the 5X of Combat Tweaks
+ MCMS character creation sliders, blinking. Going to feel this one out and if end up keeping will likely have to remove some other character face. hair etc mods
+ Swapped Mood Shadows normal for Mood Shadows Darker
+ Crunk solved the age old mystery of massacres at slave camps with Remove Noble House Stove --> THANKS CRUNK. Slaves kept trying to use the stove, which caused Nobles to attack them when they came into Noble Houses.
