This conflicts with More supply icons. The Blood image is swapped with The Cure image.

Putting this above the supply icons mod fixes that.

More Supply Icons does not touch the DLC. If I had to guess, you probably reached the provision shop inventory cap (16), so visible items are switching around with the hidden ones. Try increasing the provision shop max slots with a mod and see if new items appear in your shop.
