Psi growths
These are the default growths for the new psi event system. They're an exact clone of the original mod's aim growths, and are similarly capped to a maximum of 100 psi.

Everything is configurable, including how many tiers you're using and their breakpoints. (just be sure to back up your configs if you make changes!)

Missed psi attacks grant a further 5% chance to boost psi by 1, provided the attack was at 50% accuracy or below. (the idea being that taking a risk and failing may still work out, but it can't be cheesed easily)

Note that the Redux implements a new chance system for attacks that have multiple possible results. Take Insanity as an example: it has 5 different effects, ranging from minor disorientation to full-on mind control. Instead of taking the base attack's hit chance, we calculate a chance from the obtained result, like so:
