Mod wont work when using it. Help?
The mod wont work. And i can tell because my pop cap dosent increase and every commander doesnt gain at least 1 vechile or armor thingy as it says in the description. :medicon:

Pop cap functionality is dependent on the map. Maps with non-default caps will override the game settings.
