Broken glass

To paraphrase John McClane "Who gives a ♥♥♥♥ about glass?".
It does not seem to use the new CS2 shattering effect yet, but rather an old CS GO animation?
Since this map is so full of windows, might be worth updating?
BTW, nicely done and optimized, no frame drops here
